Clip Studio Paint Pro - Version 1 - for Microsoft Windows and MacOS

I bought this to install on my grandsons iPad for Christmas. Im not a Mac/iPad/Apple user so when I saw that it worked for Mac OS, I thought I was good. NOT. I thought I could download the trial then use the license to activate, didnt understand what was needed so tried to contact clip-studio. They claim 24/7 support but there is no way to chat online or contact via phone; just the contact form on their website which indicates they will respond within 2 days. After the third time and being pretty sure by the response that I couldnt do what I had intended, I gave up talking to them. Disgusted, I turned to Amazon and they willingly allowed me to return the product for full credit. Kudos to Amazon! Clip-Studio is a highly rated product and I chose it for my grandson because I wanted the best I could afford. I have no idea how good the product works but the company leaves me with a poor appreciation of their customer support and a suspicion regarding their lack of indication in the description regarding compatibility with iPad.

Ive always wanted a drawing program. So after watching a couple of YouTube videos I decided to get this. So far with the new tablet I bought with it I absolutely love it and cant wait to spend more time drawing.

It was a little confusing to use at first but I finally got the hang of it sometimes its a little slow to log in

I ordered Clip Studio Paint Pro a few weeks ago on Amazon. It worked out just fine until three or four days ago I clicked on Studio Clip Paint and it wont open anymore. When I say Ive tried everything to open it, I meant Ive tried EVERYTHING to open the Clip Studio Paint. Ive reinstalled it, restart my computer hundreds of times, running the software as an administrator, downloading a new version of Clip Studio Paint. My computer has Windows 10 (64-bit). Ive tried everything! Im really upset.

It requires a learning curve if your not familiar with a product like this. A lot of information comes in Japanese but it does have a English translation button. I don’t know I think it could be a little more user friendly took me forever to just to start making visable marks on the board. Needs a video for the very basics for newbies like myself.
