This is a brilliant crochet hook. It has a hard rubber grip, which makes it a thousand times more comfortable to hold than a bare metal hook. I was concerned that the grip would be too thick, that I wouldnt like crocheting with it. But no, its absolutely perfect! I have arthritis in my fingers, so crocheting can be difficult and painful at times. But this ergonomic crochet hook makes it so much easier to hold the crochet hook. Its gotten me back in the mood for crocheting doll accessories!
