Clover 3121 Tapestry Needle Set Chibi, Bent Tip , Beige

Im a knitter, crocheter, and needlecrafts nerd, so I have lots of ends to weave in. This Chibi set is the one to buy, because it has the most generally useful size of those great, bent-tip tapestry needles, and the case is easy to find in my notions tin in the TV room. Maybe I should pin another one inside my knitting bag with a coil-less safety pin--thats a great tip from another reviewer! Theres lots of room for some of your own needles, too. A large #22 cross stitch needle is great for lace and fingering weight yarn, or mending socks; a chenille embroidery needle in a large diameter (pointy) helps if you need to separate the plies of silky, slippery yarns and darn them in between your stitches.

These are advertised as Chibi but the package doesnt say Chibi when you get it. I really like the tube that you can store them in and the bent tip makes them sometimes easier to use. But the eye is smaller than the straight tip ones I already own so they are harder to thread with many yarns, even worsted weight. I dont know how you would ever get a chunky yarn threaded easily. I would not purchase these again and would just stick with the straight tips I have. There seem to be 2 sizes, one smaller than the other 2.

These needles work great for my knitting, weaving in ends as well as duplicate stitching. I also now use the tube holder for extra straight darning needles as well, handy container to have.

Best needles for crafters. I love the bent tip which helps to pick up stitches in knitting and seaming pieces together. The case they come in the best little needle case Ive ever had. The lid screws on securely so your needles do not fall out. It is clear so you can see your needles. I love the needles and the case.

I like the bent end of this needle, makes it a bit easier to see what Im doing when Im binding off. I also like the little tube it comes in so its easy to find the needles in my knitting bag

Clover makes great products and this is no exception. The needles are strong and sturdy. I have no trouble using them with bulky yarn. The bent tip makes it easier to pickup stitches on my work.
