The crochet hooks are NOT the Clover hooks pictured. I have a set of original Clover hooks from a previous purchase. The hooks I received are knock-offs made to think youre getting Clovers. First clue was the hook handles are not same color as originals and they came packaged as a group in a Ziploc bag... Not the plastic display you see in the product picture. And this set has 7 mm & 8 mm hooks along with every half mm from 2.0 to 6.0 mm.

I bought a Clover steel 6.00mm J size hook at Joanns not long ago. I feel in love, so was thrilled to find this economical set here on Amazon! These are the real deal...I compared details on my real J hook to the J hook I just received in this package, and they are identical. The steel on these hooks really is the best. Im a new old crocheter who is taking up the hobby again after a 20 year hiatus, and I always used aluminum. I started again with aluminum. These are definitely much different and better. I also like that the neck doesnt bulge out like some aluminum hooks. These are so smooth its like crocheting buttah. Lol
