It broke! I liked it a lot up until that point - I used it for probably about 9 months or so. The metal part of the hook sort of flattens under the rubber, and that point between the round and flat parts of the metal fatigued and just snapped one day.

The finish is soft and nice to touch, the hook is light in weight, and the thickness of it is just right. I recommend.

I wish I had an unlimited supply of money so I could own the entire set of Clover Amour crochet hooks. But alas, I am not a rich woman, so I will have to do with buying one a month until I have a full set. This hook is by far my favorite.

Ich häkele gern und viel, bis die Hände schmerzen, vor allem Häkeltiere bzw. sogenannte Amigurimi. Bisher habe ich mit günstigen Prym Häkelnadeln gearbeitet. Allerdings brauche ich beim Tiere häkeln eine Nadel die etwas kleiner ist, als für ein Garn angegeben, damit die Füllung nicht sichtbar ist und die Maschen schön dicht sind. Da rutscht dann die Wolle gern von der Nadel, zumindest mit meinen alten Nadeln. Mit der Cover Häkelnadel ist mir das nicht mehr passiert, das Maschenbild is eng und schön gleichmäßig. Klare Kaufempfehlung.

This needle was purchased so I can make rubber band looms without breaking the plastic tool they usually come with. This crochet hook is a perfect replacement hook! I love the rubber grip too. I dont know how I ever loomed without it.
