Clover Takumi 5-Inch Double Point, Size 4

Way easier to use than steel needles for a beginner. Light weight and nice and smooth but yarn doesn’t slip as much. If I could change anything it would be to make them a little longer but even that is fine. They aren’t immune to dog chewing but that’s no fault of the manufacturer.

They work great for knitting small, round things. The bamboo is a little rough so stitches dont slide off as easily.

Love the Bamboo needles. They dont let the yarn slip off as easily as the metal ones,.

Perfect size to finish a hat.

I have 5 wooden double pointed needles for knitting socks in sizes 1, 2 and 3. After knitting two sweaters for my granddaughter, I started to search for short needles in size 4 and 5. I needed them to knit the sweaters sleeves in the round. The shorter Clover double pointed needles are easier to hold in my hands, and because the needles are wooden, the stitches do not fall off the needles the way stitches can slip off mental needles. I paid less for my Clover knitting needles at Amazon than I would have paid in a retail store. Also, I have the convenience of doing all my shopping at home.

Received these just in time to finish a project. 5 in the pack was nice. I needed them for 3 needle bind off but could use them all for the baby sweater I was making. I could see that the project was even because I had the extra needles.
