> 24 hourStarted off good and gave reasonably flat cuts for the price. However, by the second project it was burning the wood. All router bits get dull, but this was a little fast in the dulling department. Havent tried to sharpen it yet, but even at the cheap price, I wont buy it again.

> 24 hourRouter bit seems a good value and seems to work well for resurfacing spoil board (HDPE plastic in my case) which is why I gave it four stars....except if you get a bad one. If purchasing I would check the carbide tips by place against a smooth surface like a 1-2-3 block or piece of glass (with a think piece of paper to eliminate the glare). Then look with some back light for the contact point of the carbide tips. Amazon did a good job at quickly replacing the one in question quickly.

> 24 hourGood lifespan on softwoods and the spoil boards. Holds its own on hardwood but definitely only has a few large cuts in it if you want full finish. I keep two. One for roughing and one just for super shallow pass finish. Been on the same two for a while.

> 24 hourI had this for a handful of months. I used this to surface probably 3-5 of slabs and it worked great in the beginning. However on my last two slabs all I got was smoke and burning. I noticed the bit was now dull. I think of you use this for more than 1 or 2 slabs, carbide is probably the way to go.

> 24 hourIm using this to level out a log end. It does the job quickly as long as I take off a little at a time. I am happy with the results.

> 24 hourThe first 5 or 6 pocket carves I did on the CNC using this bit worked like a champ. However, Im noticing burn marks in my wood. Im using maple and my router speed stays on 3 which is 18k rpm. Again great bit for the price, just keep a couple extra on deck.
