Unlike the information that talks about the case, the cover that you can purchase for the printer does fit into the case easily. there is enough room behind the printer to put extra ink cartridges and the power cord. the zippered pocket in the lid fits my tablet in its case the keyboard for the tablet and there is still room to put copy paper.
