> 3 dayWe do a LOT of hand dishes since we dont have a dishwasher. This rack is a bit pricey but its a HUGE upgrade over what we had. 2 tiers gives a lot more room for dish stacking. The cup holder is mobile so we can put it where we need it. The silverware holder drains into the tray no matter where we put it. The drain trough is adjustable for direction and length so we can put the tray wherever we need on the counter. The mat is a nice addition for additional drying space when we need it but slips under the rack when we dont. We dont need the mat under the rack to keep the counter dry, it just winds up being convenient. The only caveat is that the lower tier is a bit tougher to access because it has a second tier right above but weve gotten used to it. All in all super impressed.

> 3 dayThis is perfect, when you need a drying rack but have limited space, and so it needs to go up a level to make up for it, and not loose space to dry dishes. This has room for everything, and I love the second level to dry tall items. It did take a but to put together because it took both hands to hold the sides together to place the top but once on, then this is very sturdy. And you can decide if you need this on the left side of the sink or right as you can move the water drain spout. This has been the best drying rack Ive had so far.

> 3 dayPrior to getting this product, I had two small drying racks as my sinks are small. Space always runs out very quickly so I got this rack to replace the one I have sitting on my counter. It was pretty easy to assemble, just make sure you are putting the bars for the second rack on the outside of the bottom rack, I would say thats not very intuitive in the directions as they are all images. I couldnt quite figure out what to do with the additional drying mat as it seems unnecessary for using the rack itself, but I may change my opinion as I use the product as the spout could have a drip issue and thats why you would put the drying mat underneath. If I can determine that the mat is unnecessary for day to day use, I may cut it down to put on the top rack for items that are too small for the rack itself (like delicate whiskey sample glasses). The bars on the rack overall are just a bit too far apart to stabilize those items on it alone.

> 3 dayI bought his countertop dish rack to replace the little one I had sitting down in half of my sink. This one allows more dishes to dry at once and they dry so much faster than when they are down in the sink! The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because I feel the tray should be angled a bit more towards the center drainage hole to allow for faster drainage.

> 3 dayI got this product in the salted Caramel flavor a week prior to this one. I loved it. When I got this flavor within two days it went bad. I noticed the expiration date was day it was delivered to me. The previous flavor I got was still good and it was a week older than this. Besides that it would have been a good purchase.
