Cobble Hill 1000 Piece Puzzle - Country Diary: Autumn - Sample Poster Included

As stated in prior review, I will make all 4 seasons’ puzzles and Hang during that season. I love the artist also.

I had the book The Country Diary of an Edwardian Lady for many years and admire the art work. When I saw the puzzle in a local shop, I planned to purchase one with birthday money. The actual puzzles have proved to be of a quality displayed in the original book. Although I usually do not work 1000 piece puzzles, working this one has proved less difficult than I anticipated.

Well made and the poster helped with assembling. They make a high quality puzzle.

I liked the picture and all the interesting names that were listed. I thought it very informative which added a great deal to the enjoyment of the puzzle.

This is the second Cobble Hill puzzle I’ve assembled and each one had a missing piece. I have 4 new ones still to do and hoping for complete puzzle pieces.

Looking forward to completing this puzzle. Im attempting to have all four seasons completed, framed then hung on our stairway to our home. I ordered all four seasons but the Winter one arrived from a different vendor, is not a Cobble Hill brand (although it is the same picture) and was made in China.

The pieces were a bit thinner than Im used to and the pieces were not all fully interlocking, but it was advertised as such and I still found it easy to assemble (unfortunately my cat also found it fun to disassemble a couple of times, but such is life). I also found it enjoyable to study the artwork of Edith Holden in the process and I am ordering the rest of the puzzles now to have in the future. The included poster was adorable, and when I see the others I might have them framed eventually; nothing fancy, just by myself, but still - I think with matching mattings and frames theyd look cute on a wall.
