I used it three times before it quit working, 95% of the pixels did not light up. Upgraded the review to three stars from one because the customer service team was very responsive and provided a replacement outside of the support window.

Great monitor! Thin and light and 17” to match my laptop. The picture is very clear and bright plus it has eye protection. It also comes with all of the cables you need, screen cleaners, and screen protectors. It will be a great help for WFH! I called to get help setting it up because I didn’t realise it has to be plugged in to the power source if you opt to use the hdmi connector, and the customer service representative was extremely helpful. He helped resolve the issue in a matter of minutes! I have yet to use the monitor extensively, but I have high hopes based on everything so far. The picture quality is so nice that I found myself looking at that one instead of my laptop’s screen! (Normally I don’t write reviews, but the company offered to send a gift card if I chose to leave them a good review. Everything has been very nice so far!)

Perfect purchase for my home office setup! I especially love how thin and lightweight this monitor is. To top things off, I received excellent customer service and support for all my questions and setup needs. This was definitely worth every penny!

The monitor arrived quickly, customer service was extremely prompt with a reply regarding activating my 3-year warranty. The monitor worked right out of the box, and is very bright, sharp, and vivid. I love the stability of the stand, and the multiple connection options. I use it for using two screens while traveling for business, and I couldnt be more satisfied with the purchase - having tried other portable monitors in the past.

I bought this monitor to put on my treadmill so I can watch movies while I exercise. This is the perfect size and the picture is awesome. It connected seamlessly with my Laptop--and it came with so many options for connection. One real bonus with the screen protectors also. This will keep me working out for sure!

Great picture quality. Auto turns down brightness often though and even turns off and on at will.

This is the second monitor I purchased and I couldn’t be happier that I chose to return the first one and give this one a try. The picture is crisp and bright with no visible backlight bleed (the other brand had a lot). The thin metal frame is high quality, and the fully adjustable stand is a vastly superior design compared to the screen flap style that others use. The speakers are great for what they need to be and I even like the soft carrying case it came with. It also came with a bunch of cables, but here’s the best part - Cocopar is extremely responsive and committed to maximizing the utility of their product. I contacted them about connecting to a MacBook Air and within just a few days I received the necessary cable free of charge! Its ease of use is also something that shouldn’t be understated. I plug in to the laptop or Xbox and it just works, no hassle or headaches. Very happy with this monitor and with Cocopar’s support!
