    Nice quality and very sleek design. It will be great for business travel. The screen is much brighter when it’s plugged directly into power, but not a big deal.

    I use this mostly for work when I travel but now have started to use at home as well. It’s well made and for the price you cannot beat it. No additional power source needed for my work computer. Just usb-c and boom it works. Very clear picture. Would def recommend.

    Simple setup. Plug it in and boom, additional display. It is a great working from home display for those of us that need multiple screen. It comes packaged well and with more accessories than you would need. Its okay, I have space in my tool drawer. Would definitely recommend!

    Love the portability, ability to power and extend display using a single USB-C cable. However, the cover/stand is complete garbage. I watched the video on using it as a stand and the cover they show is not what I received. The video shows a 3-panel cover (2 hinging folds), while the one I received has 5 panels (4 hinging folds). The video does not apply to the cover I am holding. Without a reliable stand, this is useless to me as a travel monitor.

Why it doesn"t work when I connect the monitor with my devices by my our USB-C cable.

Please make sure the USB-C port on your laptop is a thunderbolt 3/4 port or supports display

There are two kinds of USB-C cables, USB-C charging cable and USB-C video cable (the original one). Your own cable may be only a charging cable.

What if my laptop doesn"t have a USB-C or HDMI port?(e.g Surface Pro/ HP Elitebook/old MacBook )

Please make sure you’re powering the monitor by the original wall charger we provided in the package.

Is this monitor a touchscreen?

No, this monitor is a non-touch screen.

My Android phone has a USB-C port, does this monitor work with my phone/tablet by the original USB-C to USB-C cable?

Only some series of Samsung phones(please refer to the following list) work with the monitor by the original USB-C to USB-C cable we provided. Other phones/tablets will need a HDTV cable or a wireless display adapter to connect with the monitor.
