I have a 2018 Ford Expedition and trying to get my iPhone to connect with Ford’s sync/CarPlay was intermittent at best. Finally found this plug that keeps the connection!!!

My phone just lays in the shifter alcove most of the time when Im driving, but occasionally I or my passenger need to pick it up and actually use it close at hand. This curly cord is perfect for that, it allows reach when you need it but you dont have to put up with a long tangly cable when you dont.

Makes charging my phone in the car less messy.

Was exposed to sun and rain frequently. Broken in just 6 weeks.

These lightning chargers are perfect for my SUV. I love that they are coiled so I dont have a cord hanging all over the place. They are Apple MFI certified, which is super important to me because I dont want to plug just any charger into a $1,000+ phone and then have it blow up because it wasnt truly compatible.

With this, now l don’t have phone wires strung all over the dash. These make things more neat and organized and are a perfect lenght!

Im using one of these in my Crosstrek with my phone and it works great and doesnt hang all over the place like the four-foot cable I was using previously. Its a fairly heavy cable and the coiling is pretty stiff, so the coiled part really isnt all that useful as it will pull out of the USB jack (or may even damage it) if you pull hard enough to extend it very far. It might be possible to manually stretch it to break it in, but I havent experimented as its current length is great for me. Works fine with Apple Car Play.

Perfect charger for the car considering you have the option to stretch it if needed but without having a cable freely dangling.

I like the charger but the length of the charger isn’t long enough with the coiled style. Really needed one twice as long.
