Use for times when gums are just a little tender so they get attention and a firmer toothbrush for teeth. This works well.

The center cluster bristles could be less dense for better flexibility to get between the teeth.

I have a problem with bleeding gums and was hoping the extra soft would be better than the soft..But the outer bristles were hard and hurt. I contacted their customer service dept and they were very helpful and made good on the purchase with coupons for a different product of my choosing. Great customer service!

I dont know if these were packaged improperly at the manufacturer or what, but these were at least a medium level brush. Used one of the two brushes once and found it was too stiff. Checked the other one just in case and it was the same. Both went in the trash. Not worth returning.

Great tooth brush for adults with sensitive teeth and gums.

My dentists have told me for years I have a small mouth. It is hard for me to reach behind the molars with the brush, so one recommended a soft and compact brush. Now, I cannot use any other. I have not found one this soft, and it is very difficult to find compact in the stores, so I have it on auto delivery. I dont know what Ill do if it is ever discontinued! Ive used it for probably 15 years or so. The softer bristles are great if you get sores in your mouth. I combine it with Sensitive toothpaste. Also, try to find one without SLS (the foaming agent) if you get mouth sores.
