> 3 dayI thought I did my research before ordering these but apparently not enough. These toothbrushes have the HARDEST bristles I may have ever used, and I’m not prone to exaggeration when writing reviews. I thought (hoped) they might somehow soften after a few uses, but it’s been a full week, and nope, still hard. The head itself is also huge. I do have a very small, narrow mouth, but I can’t even brush the inner side of my top molars without gagging. So what’s the point of having a toothbrush that can’t even reach some of your teeth? Luckily my boyfriend has a bigger mouth and prefers harder toothbrushes so I can just give them to him. But my dentist told me I have soft teeth and should never use anything but a soft brush. I’m going back to the Oral B. That’ll teach me to try to save money. Tl;dr: Way too hard, definitely not a soft and not even what I would call medium, and the head is really large - small mouths beware

Greater than one weekThese “soft” toothbrushes are NOT soft at all. Tearing up my gums no matter how gently I try to brush. I cannot imagine what the “medium” brushes would do to one’s mouth/gums. I do not recommend these.

Greater than one weekAs you can tell from the image(s) the item arrived opened and somewhat cracked/old looking. Almost as if it had been stored for too long. Ive purchased this item before and this is the first time its arrived in this condition.

> 3 dayI like to use a toothbrush with a light medium bristle but our family dentist keeps harping on switching to brushes with a soft bristle. Have tried switching to soft several times, and found this Colgate toothbrush to be a happy alternative. Really like a toothbrush with bristles that get in and around each tooth with a little scrubbing power. Most soft style toothbrushes feel like trying to brush with a wet paper towel... but these Colgate toothbrushes clean just like I like -- in and around each tooth, leaving my teeth with that most excellent squeaky-clean feeling. Since I go through a toothbrush about every six weeks, functionality and cost are the two biggest factors in my toothbrush purchase decision. This four-pack is priced right, they work well for me, the brush is comfortable in my hand, and the heads dont fall apart in the six weeks or so that I use them... that is all I really need from a toothbrush. If you have similar conditions and are looking for a decent, economical toothbrush for daily use, I recommend these.

> 3 dayTHIS TOOTHBRUSH IS HARD ENOUGH TO CLEAN THE TEETH BUT NOT TOO HARD. This was the sixth time that I bought this product, but this time I received a set that is not 151%, besides it being open at the bottom of the package. I tried to return it but Amazon will not accept returns on this item.

> 3 dayI’ve ordered these a few times now. I’ve had issues with my teeth in the past, but my last dental visit I had ZERO cavities. It’s weird to be excited about a dental visit, but I do believe this toothbrush had a hand in that result. My teeth feel clean with this brush. I also use a sensodyne tooth paste but just switched to CTx3 this last week.

> 3 dayI ordered 2 of them and both were just regular toothbrushes…neither was battery-powered. Now, as I take a closer look at the pic on the website, it shows a standard toothbrush with nothing indicating it is “battery-powered” yet on the product page, it says “battery-powered” on the title and in various parts of the listing. Returning mine.
