Colgate Optic White Renewal Teeth Whitening Toothpaste, Enamel Strength, 3 Oz Tube, 2 Pack

I used Crests Charcoal Whitening toothpaste for a while, then somehow ordered this toothpaste instead and we were hooked. As for the whitening aspects, I really feel like all toothpastes claim to whiten, but none of them really do- as I only use whitening toothpaste, drink everything from a straw, and still touch up my teeth whitening once a month. With that being said, we still really enjoy how truly clean our mouths and teeth felt after using this toothpaste. I also appreciate when Alexa reminds me to reorder it every few weeks. Only downside- its usually like $14 for 2 small tubes of toothpaste that seem to vanish within a week- and there are only two of us in our household. Not a huge complaint because I still buy it.. but kind of a ripoff. Wish the tubes were bigger.

I drink coffee and red wine which stains the teeth. The first time I used the toothpaste, I saw lighter teeth. Im using regularly now and have whiter teeth without having to get special expensive treatments at the dental office.

Not whitening like I thought

That the price has now already dropped $2 from what I paid on Amazon for this product, which had been already discounted by $2 from list price of this revolutionary new formula should alert prospective customers that this product is not exactly flying off the shelves! I used all three tubes, brushing, as I always do, twice daily thoroughly. I ignored the hype, and judged the product as honestly as I could. The result is that I noticed no significant difference in whiteness. I also experienced absolutely no hypersensitivity reactions, small or of major concern. Of course, one has to be cautious about judging a product on the experience of one person; however, my conclusion is that for any person who has taken good care of their teeth, my expectation is that you will not reap any material advantage over Colgates standard, less expensive Optic White, or those of any of the major manufacturers, if used as directed. I am not submitting pictures supportive of my point of view, because they cannot be trusted as absolutely original these days. Please recall that in older people, the increased exposure of dentin under the thinning enamel imparts a normal yellowish coloration. For those who are not particularly attentive to consistently good dental hygiene, or if they be smokers/heavy coffee consumers, this toothpaste will likely not whiten your teeth any more than any quality toothpaste used as recommended by your dentist professionals to safely and gradually scour away the overlying stain. My purpose is not to engage in any defamatory verbiage here; however, my considered recommendation is that your interests will be best served to save your money, and, instead, to aggressively embark on a revised schedule and technique of dental hygiene, as recommended by your dentist and dental hygienist, using a quality, standard toothpaste which can be purchased for well less than even this reduced price!

The tube was not sealed. Only half of the content in the tube. Poor quality control impact on the reputation of Colgate. Too bad.

This whitening toothpaste works! You’ll notice a difference within 4 weeks of daily use. For better and faster results, make sure to follow with non-alcohol whitening mouthwash.

I love this toothpaste, it actually whitens your teeth pretty quick and leaves your mouth feeling refreshed and clean!
