Something has changed in this toothpaste. Does not clean like it use to. Must have removed some ingredients. Does not even foam up like toothpaste usually does

I ordered two packs of six because this particular toothpaste is hard to find. However, these have obviously been sitting around somewhere for a year or more because the expiration date is 1/22. This is unacceptable and unsafe.

This Colgate product is hard to find . When I can find it it is usually cheaper for one. I really love the favor. The dental hygienist said the tarter on my teeth is really much better since using this product.
