> 3 dayI dont know what all the negativity is about, besides the unfamiliar foreign packaging. Plastic is plastic, after all, but the unfamiliar is scary, right? I too was surprised at how they came, and was a little suspicious of their quality at first because they werent what I was used to seeing. They came folded into 3 and mailed in a bubble envelope. I think the fact that they came all connected threw me off. I based my purchasing decision solely on price and the Colgate brand name. We needed some basic bulk disposable toothbrushes for guests, which will probably be used a max of 3-4 days before they are thrown out. After coming here and checking the bad reviews, I compared them to the Colgate toothbrushes in our house. I came to the conclusion that NOTHING is wrong with these, besides having the packaging be in Vietnamese. So what if the handles are pointy? People do realize that toothbrushes come in different styles, right? Some are, and some are tapered and flat. I checked against the 4 Colgate toothbrushes we currently use. 3 of them are IDENTICAL to these. Same everything, except for the exact shade of green/pink/blue and the color scheme of the bristles and hand holds. You can see in my photos. I dont remember where I got them, but definitely in a major US drugstore or supermarket. So, no, they are not counterfeits. The seller is just taking advantage of price differences in the Asian market and reselling them to the US market for (probably a small) profit. The printed retail price of 7,000 VND is about $0.30 USD. The fact that all 12 come in a hanging pack unseparated might be making people nervous. If you pop them out of the template, they will look exactly like the more costly individually sold toothbrushes. And guess what? That familiar safe feeling English one? Its made in China. I paid $2.29 for ONE toothbrush. These cost 1/5 of that.
