This is an amazing umbrella! Very lightweight, holds up exactly as advertised in winds, and is very well made. I am in love with this thing. The price is completely worth it. EDIT: After a couple of months of daily use in sun and rain, Id recommend buying a fabric sealer to treat the outside seams. Water started seeping through seams yesterday. However, still a fantastic umbrella, just needs a little seam water and uv proofing if using regularly.

Although the umbrella is very handsome, it almost immediately showed scratches on the handle. The plastic is not durable at all. After 9 months, the tip of the umbrella has fallen off and won’t go back in. I’m not sure if glue will work to fix it, or if it’s still waterproof. At this price I expected it to last much longer, considering I’ve mostly had it hung up in the hall closet.

This is the 2nd one I have purchased, the 1st one was taken from the umbrella stand at a local pub, so I think the thief appreciates the umbrella as well.

Great and durable. After about 6 weeks the handle started loosening up. I’m careful with it but it still is loose but the umbrella part works which is most important. Great umbrella needs new handle attachment design

I dont live in a particularly rainy part of the country so Ive only had the need to use this once or twice so far. Its a good sturdy umbrella and hopefully will hold up well. Its a bit too modern in its style for my taste, the black plastic (?) handle is strong and sturdy but something wood or at least styled to look like wood might be better, but thats just my taste. I dont particularly like the look of the shaft which I believe is carbon fiber. Might be strong but it looks scratched and inconsistently colored. Some of the fibers look white while most of the shaft is darker, making it look like its scratched, though it feels smooth. Again though, its a minor aesthetic taste thing. Its still the best umbrella Ive ever owned. Theres a very satisfying WHUMP when it opens. Have had a bit of trouble getting it to lock closed, but not much. And Ive gotten lots of compliments on it. Small compact umbrellas are the norm around here so something so large akd bold gets noticed.

Well made, quality and craftsmanship, dont find that any more in the u s. Shame.
