I like to use the John James brand of needles for crossstitch. I have a habit of bending cheap needles as I stitch but that doesnt happen with this brand. Great product and so much better to stitch with.

I have found that the gold plated needles last twice as long and dont pull at the material. I will be ordering again!

I love John James needles. Our local cross-stitch shop closed when the owner retired. This is the brand I always purchased. I will continue to purchase them.

I did not receive what was pictured. Yes, they are John James needles, but the wording Made in England is not on the package. The package I received does not match the photograph on the description. This is deception.

I think these are good needles? I dont know much about them, but they are really smooth and are very pretty in gold. I saw these needles as a recommendation on a youtube video about embroidery, so I bought them. I like them.

They worked really well for 18 count cross stitch, sliding easily through the fabric. But the first one broke after three hours of use, the next one after 20 hours. I wont buy them again. Too expensive for what you get out of it.

Theyre a tad bit shorter then my DMC needles which should make me NOT like them but I do. I cant explain why they feel so good in my fingers and slide so nicely thru the fabric. I admit that Im pretty gentle with my needles so I dont know if they would be considered sturdy to others or not. Ill be buying more soon. Size #28 next!

This is a SINGLE pack of 5 needles (at over a dollar per needle), not a 3-pack or 3/Pkg as description suggests. Decent needles, faulty advertisement.
