Bought these as a birthday present for my 2 year old to start working on color recognition. He loves them! They are very sturdy and durable, my son loves to “crack” open the eggs like we do for breakfast, so he’s always banging them on the ground, and they hold up great. We look at all the colors, name them and match them back up! One of the best things I’ve gotten for him and I’ll be moving to the Shape eggs next!!

My grandson loves this egg set - he has so much fun matching the colors (and deliberately NOT matching them with an impish smile!). The only problem is one if the snaps that good the catmrtin close broke off immediately. I have the piece, but need to figure out how to glue it back. My grandson couldnt care less that the carton doesnt close. Hes too busy putting the eggs in his dump truck or having his Trash Truck poop them out its back end! The eggs are a great size - like large eggs. They get played with in his toy kitchen, too. He loves that they open up so he can crack eggs into a bowl or his mixer. So well with the money, a favorite toy that I like, too.

I bought this for a senior citizen that has demetia and weakness in one arm and hand. The all-circular shape are easier to put together than the version with different shapes to match and the chunky egg shape is large enough to hold. We don’t even focus on matching the colors, just putting two pieces together keeps both hands and the brain working. When this is no longer interesting or engaging, I will use in my preschool classroom for the 2 year-olds. Great for early matching skills and again, having all the same shape makes it easier for the little ones, too! Would recommend the version with different shapes for ages 3 and up.

My 1.5 year old boy wants to play with it every day! Its a great fun way of helping children learn about colors. the material of the toy is very sturdy and high quality. Would definitely recommend it !
