We have a small-business running on the M15 and this is absolutely adequate, and for the price an absolute must! Works just as good as others I have had, even HP, I have had no issues with the toner quality or fuser so far. Just remember to give it a good shake before you install it, and the directions mention letting it come to the same air temp as your printer for several hours before installing if it was in extremes temps. I imagine shipping in winter and installing a -20 degree cartridge then immediately using it may have some deleterious effects.

We were very pleased with these toners. The price we paid for 4 was less than the price we would have paid for one on another site. Always looking to save money and this was a good switch!!
