> 3 dayI have used this device on many HF, VHF and UHF antennas and it has been very helpful. Based on this I should give it 5-stars. However, I gave it 4-stars as for the price I should be able to save the information to a computer. I know that other devices offer this but the advantage of this CAA-500 MK-II is that it spans from 1.8 MHz all the way to 500 MHz. Most of the others require you to either have multiple devices, or much higher priced single units to cover this entire range. Some of the others that cover a similar frequency range do not have graphic displays. I am a firm believer in visual feedback and a graph is much more informative than just measurements. Granted, the numbers are needed for engineering work but the graph is much more useful when you are adjusting and tweaking antennas. Likes: - The meter w/dual needles (easy and simple) - The multi function color LCD screen - The ease of use Possible Improvements: - Adding the ability to save the information so it can be displayed on a computer so the data can be further analyzed and stored - Replace the dual meter with an equivalent digital display. The needles are more fragile and they can cause some occasional issues if the screen gets excess static. Especially in dry environments. You need to wait till the charge dissipates from the meters plastic face plate.

> 3 dayI feel like somebody now! This is one awesome piece of equipment. It makes my well worn MFJ look like a crude piece of junk! Plus it will do uhf that I couldn’t do with the MFJ. Making and experimenting with home made antennas is really fun and now even more so.
