Great seat for my Ford 8n

I bought this seat for my 1951 Ford 8N tractor. It would have been fun to have the Ford script on the seat, but I wasnt willing to pay the crazy price increase just for that, so I settled for just having the red & white color scheme. The cushion is over an inch thick, which feels much better than sitting on the bare steel, especially in cold weather. My old seat cover was destroyed by mice. I havent had a problem with mice bothering this seat cover so far, but Ive only had it through the summer. Winter will be the real test of how warm they think this cushion is. The cushion fits the Ford 9N/2N/8N seat really well, so it was obviously made to match it. After using it all summer, I havent had any problems with the cover rotating around on the seat as I spin fore & aft while driving. Its attached with a drawstring around the bottom of the seat, and you can tuck the ends of the string up inside the seat to keep them out of the way.

It makes our hard metal tractor seat comfortable for long periods in the field.

The tractor seat cover is thicker than I expected which is great. The pocket around the outside is wide which allows string to be pulled and secured much better than others I have had. Only concern it the plastic fabric doesn’t seem very thick/tough so will be interesting to see how long it lasts. It has a grommeted air hole in middle to let air escape. Have been using for 2 months and has been great so far. The price was shelf the cost of others so I can purchase another and still be ahead of the game.
