Good for outdoor use, will hold up well.

Great idea for locations that may be exposed to moisture since these will no get all soggy and fall apart if they get wet. Should also be insect resistant so you know your shims will still be in place years down the road. Just as easy to use as wooden shims but more robust. Only downside I see is the cost but if in critical locations that may be exposed to moisture these are the ones to use.

I love that the shims are plastic and not wood. No worrying about splitting or splinters or anything like that. They seem to be a lot stronger and a lot more sturdier. And easier to adjust. Because they are plastic they stay in place better and these are black so they look a lot better on the floor or under your table or wherever it is that you’re putting them. They are long but they were very easy to break or trim . These are great value for the price.

Great plastic shims exactly what I needed for around the house.

I had shaky toilet, I was deciding between flexy and hard shims. I like this black hard shims, they fit nicely, they sturdy, but still can be cut to needed length with pliers, or by hands if going in straight angle by the breaking lines. A week of installation and zero issues, they sit tight and nice. Soon will caulk around, to close everything from sight and make the last nice touch , to the overall look of the installation

They are easy to adjust with the tap of a rubber mallet. Delivered on time. These work and are intuitive to use. I could fabricate shims in a few minutes, but these are good, and the material they are made of wont rot or compress easily... Pricey, but I would buy them again.

These shims are very shimlike, in fact I recommend they be used to shim things. Totally awesome, just buy them.
