Contigo Shake & Go Fit Shaker Bottle, 28 oz., Carolina Blue, Snap Lid

Im new to shaker bottles, so maybe they are all great, but this one really solved a problem for me. Ive been drinking Soylent for a year or so, but each packet contains too much product for me to get to before it goes sour. If you arent familiar, Soylent is intended to be a nutritionally complete meal supplement. The powder is similar to whey powder. I tried a power whisker. That left little clumps. This shaker bottle makes enough for a day, mixes easily and well, and is easy to clean. It is sturdy and seals well. I bought a second one to use at work.

These are my favorite shakes bottles. I bought my first one at Target a couple of years ago. I stopped using all of my other Blender Bottles I started washing that one a few times a day... so I decided it was time to buy more. I have either 6 or 7 of them now! I have never had them leak (all of my old bottles leaked constantly) and I think the plastic shaker ball mixes so much better than the metal ball. I use mine for the gym for intrawork out drinks, also for protein shakes and even sometimes just as a regular water bottle. Hurry up and order them so you can throw out your Blender Bottles!

My FAVORITE water bottle. I have tried a lot. I love the Contigo bottle because its thick, strong, and sturdy and it has a HANDLE - because no one wants to carry around a slippery water bottle all day by the sides - where the condensation collects! The top seals well, holds 28 ounces, and the bottom is narrow enough to fit in my cup holder. I dont like the cups with a straw and this is the best alternative I have found. Honestly, I dont use it much as a shake and go cup, and I do most of those in the blender. But for the price, it is a fantastic, high-quality water cup (3-4 of these a day and I am good with my water intake) but I also have a shaker cup for when I need it. If you leave the top open unscrewed even just a bit, your liquid is going everywhere when you shake it. Other than that small (self) issue, its perfect. Cant beat the price, takes 30 seconds to clean, and Ive dropped it countless times. If it breaks, youre probably doing it on purpose.

So much better at mixing than my more expensive shaker bottle. The round internals dont collect the mix. I ordered three and have only used one so far. No leaks. Nice sized drinking opening too. Not too big and not too small. Im pleased with it

These are no longer made by Contigo and I dont like the newer designs. So I was happy to find these still in stock. I had to replace one that I had for a few years. The lid on that one finally gave up the ghost, after repeated use and abuse. So get yours before they run out!

My first one I got at a store in town had a push open on the handle to clip it to things, these dont. BUT still worth buying.

Overall, the ball is light. Past products had a heavier ball which allowed for an easier shake. It is fine, but the old shaker they had with the heavy ball was superior.

Shaker bottles are good but I think the brand Blender Bottle is much better. The construction of Contigo is ok. They do not leak, but whoever engineered the bottom design is very poor! being that it is recessed using it in the dishwasher, dirty water lays on the bottom while upside down. As you can see in the picture, blender bottle is on the right which has a flat bottom which is much more friendly for use in the dishwasher. Bought these because they were on sale, but I would not recommend nor would I ever buy again.
