> 3 dayPrice is great, it’s very large and can hold a lot of volume. These shakers are great and a great price as well. I bought two, one for work and the other to take on the go. They are durable and leak proof. They mix great and I like the extra large size and volume. This helps give more room for the shaker ball to mix things up. I like the contigo brand and use their coffee mugs and travel mugs, this product has their quality to it. It’s a go for me.

> 3 dayMy first one of these bottles lasted me for about 5 years, before it succumbed to one too many drops onto concrete. The round bottom keeps drink mixes from clumping in the corners like other bottles, and it also makes it easier to clean. At under 10 bucks it cant be beat, and I would put it up against any of the other more expensive bottles.

> 3 dayI live off of these shakers. For years, literally. After trying many types of shakers I only buy this brand because of the fact that they are durable, easy to clean and they do not leak if you take care of them. If you put very little liquid in them and shake very hard of course the container is going to break. If you put the components on the bottom shelf of course, melting may occur and the threading may leak. This is how I take care of these containers, and some of them have lasted me for five years no joke. Once I’m done using it, I’ll rinse it out. Once I’m ready to wash it, I will soak it for 15 maybe 20 minutes in hot water, soap and baking soda to get any lingering protein smell out. I’ll hand wash frist before I put them in the dishwasher with the containers and the lids on the top shelf only the bottom shaker balls in the silverware trays and that seems to be fine. With a little care of these are truly the best shakers.

> 3 dayThis Contigo bottle is just as good as the original Blender Bottle. I find it is helpful to add some water to the bottle before adding powdered mixes, as it helps prevent clumping on the bottom. The bottle holds 28 fl. oz., the same as the large Ball Mason jar I usually drink out of. My only small complaint is that particles get stuck around the inside of the opening. I use this to make my meal drink in the morning (DIY Soylent), and it is much quieter than using a blender, and easier than using a whisk.

> 3 dayOverall, the ball is light. Past products had a heavier ball which allowed for an easier shake. It is fine, but the old shaker they had with the heavy ball was superior.

> 3 dayHigh quality bottle. Lid snaps well. My least favorite part is that the mixer ball is awkwardly heavy and it bangs around a lot while shaking. Otherwise great buy.

> 3 dayInitially, I was wary that the plastic blender ball would not mix my protein shakes as well as a wire one shaped more like a whisk. I was wrong. Regardless of how it compares to a wire ball, the plastic blade design in this bottle is a huge improvement over a bottle with no blender ball at all. I bought this one because of the price and the positive reviews, as well as the high volume capacity. This is a very large bottle. It may not fit in some cupholders; I mention this because I commute by bike so everything I own has to fit either in the bag or in a small pouch on the outside. This bottle surprisingly fits in the pouch on one bag, have not tried it on the other yet. It is not as tall as some bottles I own, but it is wide. Where my fingers can get almost all the way around my other bottles, this one they only get halfway around, so I know the circumference is about 12 total. The outside of the bottle is smooth, with no grips. Havent had it in warm weather yet to see how condensation affects my grip. I was nervous that the arm holding the cap onto the bottle would cause the cap to touch my nose when I drank from it, but it pivots backwards far enough that this is not an issue. I like that I cant lose the cap, but the entire construction does make the lid very large and includes a handle that protrudes off the back side. This may be convenient in some circumstances, though. The bottle is made of sturdy plastic that does not feel cheap, but is not terribly heavy either. I am hopeful that it will not retain smells/flavors the way my thinner water bottle did.

> 3 dayWanted something that would hold dry creatine powder so that I could mix it with ice water after my workout. Was surprised at how sturdy and thick the bottle is. The entire bottom container that holds dry powder can come completely off to clean. I discovered Contigo at TJMaxx and have become a big fan!
