The charging cord is a USB-C to a USB cord, the -C connection goes into the dock side and the USB can then plug into a charger block (not included) or into a computer/XBox/power strip with a USB charging port. The cord is not very long though, maybe 3 feet. the USB-C side did give me a little issue with fitment at first, affecting the charger but once that situation was corrected it works as intended.

disappointed. The battery life is not great and the adapter for the controller was made incorrectly so I cant have the the battery cover on and charge it. If I take the cover off it works okay but its still not the best. When its charging the light flashes a ton but never tells you when its fully charged. Charging is also slow. Would spend more money for a better quality product.

I really love this! Not having to take the batteries out to replace/charge them is a huge advantage! The only downside ( which is so minimal) is that it doesn’t come with a white replacement back- so my white controller has a black battery cover on it. It really doesn’t look bad- it’s just personal preference. Being able to just set the controllers on the charging dock when you’re done with them is so easy and convenient- especially for the kiddos! I need two more controllers now and another one of these charging stations/ batteries! Definitely recommend!

product doesnt work as advertised work as advertised. Have to figit with it everyday a bit to get it to charge some times I also have to take the back off the controller for charging. But that being said it charges and the battery life is lengthy. Would recommend trying another brand do to it not charging as advertised. To much frustration trying to get it to charge the controller. They give new battery doors to the controller that have little slits cut in them for the charging prongs to go through but I believe theyre to thick or something...try another brand

I have played for hours and hours and never had to swap the battery pack out for the backup one.
