Its pretty good quality. Wheels are big, rolls easily . I have an old eBags that is higher quality, but they dont make really high quality rolling bags any more.

Excellent size, will get on any airplane. Excellent construction and serviceable zippers. Only problem is it looks just like everyone elses.

Sturdy, expandable, pockets have depth not just skinny slots. Used it a few times and worked out great and traveled well.

its a little smaller than I thought it would be. I use it to put my stenograph writer in. When the case the writer comes in goes inside, its a snug fit but the case looks professional. The wheels are smooth rolling and even with the writer inside, its not heavy.

Have taken it on many trips and it is in perfect condition!!

The grip handle at the top of the bag (that you use to take your suitcase out of the overhead bid on the plane) broke on our first trip with this bag! Pulling it out of the bin on the first flight and it broke. Looked like it was never really sewn well as the fabric didnt rip, it just seamed to not even be sewn correctly or at all. Its useless to us after one use.

I was disappointed with this purchase. I was looking for a suitcase that had a strap for hanging clothes and this one did so I bought it without looking at all the details. This one did not have mesh compartments on the sides of the bottom and it did not have a strap to hold the hanging items in place. I added a strap for the hanging closes and made it work with some plastic compartment bags! After the third time using it on business trips, the telescopic handle is so bent and extremely hard to use. I tried to straighten it and that didnt work; it just bent in the opposite way. The fabric is also fraying around the zipper on the large outside compartment. This suitcase looked nice for the first trip and went downhill from there! Very cheaply made!

The bag has a lot of room and it’s very durable but if you are a business traveler and travel once a week. The wheels do not last. My wheels are about to fall off and it’s past the return policy.

This was a last minute buy due to a sudden trip and an ancient suitcase giving out.
