My bottle came with a broken pump and I e-mailed their customer service about it but they never e-mailed back. Poor customer service! Love the product but will only buy if I see it in a store and can see what Im getting.

Awesome product. This is the only shave cream me and my entire family uses. It 100% gives you a super close shave with no bumps or cuts. You must try it. It really does work.

I will start by saying that I truly like the scent and texture of this shaving cream, but it definitely doesnt live up to its claim. At least, not for me. I have used it 3 times now and am out $25 for something that broke me out, didnt end up being a smooth shave, and burned. I would assume the fragrance caused the burning sensation. I dont have sensitive skin either so Im not sure what the issue could be. Ill definitely be going back to the Tree Hut shave oil.
