I tried to contact the manufacturing company to check warranty details but they ignored me.

It works and has a soft water sound to it but I felt like I needed to add some essential oils to get full affect

I have had this for a few months now and it is SO easy to operate and clean. My kid’s humidifiers take almost 10x the amount of time to clean because of all of the small crevices. None of those with this humidifier.

I bought this to use in my daughters room, we used it for a month and a half and now I am scared to plug it in I woke up this morning (3/22) to a funny smell around the house. I traced the smell back to the humidifier in my daughters room. It was still filled with the water I put in last night and there was no mist coming from it even though it had been on over night. The area surrounding the humidifier was warm and when I touched it it was very hot. I removed the lid and the water on the inside was near boiling hot. I dont know how to describe the smell other than hot air mixed with plastic or something like that. I usually leave it on over night in her( my lil girl) room when her allergies are bad but waking up to a potential fire hazard has erased any allergy concerns I have and all I can think about is our safety. I cant even begin to explain the level of fear I have at the thought of what could happened if left on over night or unattended. I dont know what will happen next, all I know is I didnt expect to be purchasing another humidifier less than 2 months after purchasing this one. I am hoping that this one is a random defective product and the rest of their products are not as dangerous as this one. The water temperature could easily burn any lil one that doesnt have the thick skin us adults have.

Great product for the cost! The size is perfect and doesn’t take up too much space on my desk. I originally bought the humidifier for my plants, but it has made a world of a difference in the air quality of my room too, just in time for winter. Although it wouldn’t work for large spaces, it suites my room perfectly. Very easy to clean with simply pieces to take out and put back in. It’s also the easiest thing to use! Just one dial to turn. Love this product!

Love the look + works well but it ruined the top of my daughter’s dresser! We put it on the lowest setting and it makes her room super moist. A bummer but too late to return.

Having happily used the smaller version of this one that doesn’t top fill, I figured same product larger and top loading should be a no brainer but sadly not. It’s overall good though a little harder to clean inside bits of the inside. Not impossible especially if you follow the cleaning instructions. It is quiet and works well. The only drawback is that it seems to run through water really fast even on the lowest setting. Less than a day, which is about the same as the much smaller one that I had loved before. Overall good, quiet and clean.

We purchased these humidifiers to combat the dry air in our home. I appreciate that they do not require a filter to be replaced, and the added bonus of being able to add essential oils. The output may not be as high as some other humidifiers, but it is still effective.

Got these to help our high desert dry air in our house. I love that there’s no annoying filter to throw away and replace and that you can add essential oil. The output may not be as much as of school humidifiers, but is sufficient. So.. Things were going well with the two that we bought until my daughter’s stopped making most after we cleaned it. I was thinking that I was going to have to join the negative reviews, but then figured out that my husband and I are just doofuses. We accidentally poured the piece shown in the picture out when we were dumping and cleaning it. I found it out in the yard. Hopefully that was all the problems that we will have with this product … and we work on being more observant.

Placed this on my nightstand and use it 2-3 nights per week. Vapor discharge is pointed toward center of the bed room. The only noise is drips of condensed water inside the discharge falling back down into the vapor production area. That happens about every 3‐4 seconds and would likely not be heard except if the unit is very near the users ear (like mine). Not a bad noise, not loud. Bigger issue is the regulation of the vapor level. When turned on lowest setting, in one night, it will sometimes draw the tank down to almost empty while other times it socks down approx 2. When I turn it on each night I crank it all the way up and then back it down till the switch is resting against the ON/start position. This is also not a big deal for me since it has never drained the tank in one night of use. The fact it seems somewhat random in the output makes me wonder what is going on. There is a significant difference between barely on and full but full seems like a crazy amount.
