This is the perfect shape; great for shooters. Regular mice shape just feel wrong to me now (too narrow), and Ive only used this for 1 day. I even just bought a second one as backup.

I was back and forth on whether I should get this or the Logitech G-Pro Wireless. Im glad I made my choice with this mouse, it is very light at 50grams. The skates are OK, it is best that you replace them with corepads or hyperglides. The mouse has improved my aiming, it was difficult at first though because of the finger rest. YOU WILL not aim well when you first start using this mouse if you are coming from a more traditional mouse shape. It will take atleast a week before you get accustomed to the shape. I have been using this mouse for a little over 3 months now and have no regrets. Definitely a underrated top tier mouse.

I have tiny hands (6in long and palm is 3in wide) and am usually a palm/claw type user. I use the mouse for internet browsing and sometimes play competitive shooting-type games. After using it for a month, I find that it feels better on my wrist compared to the Razr mini viper that I was using prior. The mouse came with non-slip decals that I also installed when I received it. Im guessing, due to the heat of my hand, it started to make the adhesive melt out of the sticker and get onto my hands. If Im not careful, it could leave little balls of stickiness that get stuck underneath the mouse and affect the sliding ability.

Personally, not really a fan of the wider mouse. Purchased this for my workstation because it was on sale at the time but the average price is not bad for this mouse. Light color can be changed and can be turned off in software if you prefer.

Never had a mouse like this before, but Im not planning on going back to the deathadder clones any time soon. Ergonomics are phenomenal and having a really short palmrest is perfect for me, since I mostly play with my fingertips and need that space. Only gripes I have are that it squeaks when you click rapidly, and that the rmb clicks very, very easily. If I could find an alternative thats the same length, weight and ergonomic quality, Id probably use that instead.

Not going to blather on about specs and all that nonsense, just gonna say... This mouse is amazing. (at first..) I have been on a mice collecting spree for awhile now and I just snagged this sucker up even though I told myself I was done buying wired mice. The praise for its shape was just too good to pass up and I figured it was different enough to justify adding it to my collection. Lemme tell ya this thing is as comfortable as has been said by many reviewers. -The light weight makes it so snappy, yet the grip allows for so much control. - I would also like to point out the stock cord that comes with it is great. It is basically like having a shoestring on the mouse and it is very unnoticeable (Very nice to see as a standard cable, more mouse-makers need to take note) -The clicks are all snappy and responsive, with nice comfort groves for your fingers to rest. They are a little weak sounding but we want function over sound and thats what you get here. My only major complaint (aside from there not being a wireless version) is the side buttons are a little small. Not as bad as the Razer Viper Ultimate and they do protrude a bit more, but they could have been better. (Check out the side buttons on the Roccat Burst COOLER MASTER. Those are proper side buttons!) Anyways... If the shape interests you, dont hesitate, treat your hands to this wonderful mouse it is worthy of being your go-to fragging tool. Edit: After using this mouse for only a few weeks the M1+2 clicks develop a noticeable squeak/creak due to the weak plastic used for the switch covers which also have a lot of flex. There is no wobble or Post-pretravel and the clicks are still responsive, but the material is without a doubt very weak/cheap. I ended up getting myself a Hyper X Pulsefire Haste which is also a Lightweight-Honeycomb design, it weighs 59g (10 more than this, still lightweight enough) and costing only $50 as well and I gotta say... The Pulsefire Haste destroys the MM720 when it comes to build/material quality for the pricepoint. The M1+2 clicks are so much more satisfying and actually made strong with 0 flex. HyperX did not cheap out on the clicks like CoolerMaster did. Now this may seem like Im trying to sell you on a Hyper X Pulsefire Haste instead of the MM720, but Im not... (Though you should try out the Haste, Best $50 out of the box mouse on the market... Just sayin) ....because the CoolerMasterMM720 is a very unique mouse shape and I love it and am sure you will too if you are interested in the shape, but I definitely feel Cooler Master could take a page out of HyperXs playbook when it comes to actually building a proper endgame mouse that does not sacrifice in build quality just to be lightweight. I very much hope CoolerMaster will make a V2 of the MM720 that sees refinements to the overall build. Until then, this mouse is not actually meeting its full potential and it is a shame because the shape is truly great. Seriously, CoolerMaster if you ever read this. The MM720 could easily be the perfect endgame mouse for many if you guys would dump some major love into it. Im talking Final Mouse Mouse of the Gods level of love. -Make it wireless -Same weight range 47-55g -Magnesium Alloy structure I would gladly pay $150-$200 for this mouse.

Pros: -Light -VERY comfortable to hold -3389 sensor -optical switches -for the price you pay, you get more top tier features than a lot of mice selling at twice that price Cons: -this is just my experience, but this mouse is very wide making horizontal movement challenging -I prefer to use this mouse more for browsing and casual gaming, I do not play well in FPS games due to my casual claw grip style

The Cooler Master MM720 is a great mouse. The new white one I just bought replaces another black MM720. Seems that whatever mouse I buy, it only lasts a year. Go figure. That being said, the MM720 lasts longer than others I have tried. I have large hands so you would think a larger mouse would work better, but, no so. The shape of the MM720 allows my hand to comfortable use the controls without hardly moving my hand and the natural claw grip is shaped perfectly for a resting hand and fingers. The only downside (but not for me) is that the DPI selection button is on the bottom side. Not a big deal as once set, it wont be touched again. You can download the MasterPlus+ software to change the MM720 color leds. I highly recommend the MM720.

Its an imperfect product by anyones standards. However, it performs well, weighs nothing, and feels very comfortable. Cant fingertip it with small hands. Wouldnt recommend it for palm at all, either. Claw grip should work for a wide range of hands. Fingertip will work for hands medium and (probably) up. I have hands on the smaller side of medium and get high scores in aim trainers while fingertipping this thing. Best build quality? No. Stock grips? Meh. Usable. But the price and performance are top notch. This mouse is rated as the number one ultralight mouse on rtings.com, and there are reasons for it- namely the click latency and weight. The feet and cable get my approval, too. Clicks are dull and light. Thats common for optical switches. You trade that for decreased latency. At least thats how it is until optical switches improve (Edit: Razer has achieved mechanical-like feeling in their optical switches). My copy has occasional creaking in mouse 1, but the price/performance ratio is so great I have to let it slide. This mouse needs no upgrades and has been on sale for $35. Its not the most solid because of how light it is, but if this shape works for you, youre going to like it. I did adjust this from a 5 to 4-star review, however, because I do question the long-term durability. Plus the clicks could be snappier. Razers V2 optical switches feel like mechanical switches and the Viper Mini is cheaper than this mouse. I still really enjoy the MM720 and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone who is interested in this kind of shape. This is coming from someone who almost strictly used symmetrical mice until I got this one.
