At first the roughness of the mousepad put me off, but it actually made it easier for my hand to slide on the surface of it. I have pretty big hands so its not uncommon for my palm to rest off the backside of my mouse. I used this mousepad with my laptop, so it was moved around and packed up. Never forcefully, or rough. I did like the mousepad, but within a ten months or so the glue that held the rubber backing to the cloth topside broke away and left me with loose fabric on the top of the mousepad which reaaallyy wasnt any good for playing games or doing just about anything. Ended up throwing it away and buying from a different brand that will hopefully last a little longer.

Great accuracy and tracking when using it although it did take about 3 hours of solid training my aim on kovaak to get used to it mostly because the feel of the texture of the surface and how my mouse glides across it. It has good control although it is quite fast. I come from a zowie gsr se which is an INCREDIBLE MOUSE PAD for tracking , but I wanted to try out other mouse pads and I went with the mp510 and it surprised me. First the feel of the mouse pad as your arm or wrist moves along the surface doesn’t feel great, but you get used to it. It’s a weird texture but it seems to work well. The feel is that of a hard pad but it really isn’t a hard pad. HOWEVER this mousepad seems to work with my glorious model o , rival 600 ,and my razer viper ultimate , the tracking seems to be superb on those mices, but my razer viper mini for some reason the sensor does not track well on this mouse pad as if it doesn’t detect movement at times and moves weirdly. So yeh just a disclaimer that maybe the texture surface may not be for all mices. My razer viper mini however does work well tracking wise on all soft cloth pads.

the mouse pad is soft and very flexible. Love the mouse pad. The lighting is good. The black stitching around it does dim it some, but its ok. At first it laid flat, but a year later and it is starting to get some waves in it. Gotta play around with it and try to straighten it out. Only complaint is that the edge of the mouse pad will rub your arms when playing. You have to find a sweet spot to avoid that. Def worth the money, and would buy again!

Very nice, slick, professional, and quality made. Would suggest if your looking for a pad, this is the one you should get.

Been looking for a desk-size mousepad that seemingly never ends, and this has become it. Its incredibly well made and is just as good as any other expensive gaming mouse pad Ive used but I love the texture and the size. Easy to clean off, should be using it for a long time to come.

When I first felt the roughness of this pad I hoped that sensors would track well. To my surprise this is the best pad Ive played on. Once I got used to it (which didnt take long) I was able to track my opponents amazingly with this pad compared to the QCK XXL I was using. This pad is a mix between a speed and control pad and I will be using it as my main from now on. If you like hard pads and are playing on a hard surface I would also recommend this pad. I normally play on cloth pads like this one but from what I have played on before this is the closest thing to a hard pad if played on a hard surface. Ive played on many pads including a pure trak talent, QCK +, QCK Heavy, QCK XXL, and Zowie GSR. I played the best with the QCK XXL and Heavy but this is on another league IMO to those pads. Its def a rough texture and some may not like that but considering how well I play on it I would recommend to many.

Ok I have now tried everything. The small mouse pads with multi zones are GOOD not sure why the larger ones dont have multi zones or at least 2 zones Steelseries tried with 2 zones but the dimensions are too small. So this one has all the right things going for it detachable USB cable, braided cable, button to cycle thru presets; hold button 5 seconds then it turns on or off; turn on it remembers your last setting; software controlled also; decent price; I would choose steelseries prism if it was larger because it has 2 zones.

The mouse surface for this pad is great, a perfect hybrid of fast and cloth pads. However, the stitching around the edges could use some work. Its very loose on the side with the Cooler Master logo.
