I really like the product, But i wanted luggage that would fit under an airplane seat, I think this wont fit. But i do like it

Got this for my daughter for her trips back and forth from the east coast to the southwest. She loves it and says she can fit much more in it than similarly-sized luggage shes had in the past. Its pretty nice looking as well , although I thought it would be black and cream (turns out to be black with a fairly bright yellow trim)... but still smart looking. Also, it has good durable legs and will not tip over from a standing position, even when its overstuffed. I dont think it will last forever (Im guessing it will keep going strong for about 5-6 years of heavy travel), but for the price, you really cant beat it.

Purchased this one to go with complete set had purchased. Need two same size for local trips that fit in BMW Soft top convertible . With top down great fit with two of these plus room for other items as well. Very happy with quality.

3 stars: I bought it for a carry on bag and to hold my laptop. When I opened it I thought it would be bigger and hold more but I was disappointed. The size is good for a kid clothes but don’t stuff it too much because the weight of the bag will tip it over. We couldn’t figure out the lock at all and ended up just using a bought TSA lock. I plan on using it for my son’s check in bag on our next trip since it has 4 wheels but I won’t use it as a carryon because it doesn’t hold much. Update as of 1/16/2020: I received an email from CoolLife about wanting to speak to me and help me fix the issue. Which i appreciate when companies want to fix the problem. I received a call from Coollife Rep which she was very sweet and helpful. They went ahead and refunded me the purchase made. Which was also very generous of this company. I give this company major points for wanting to correct the problems with their customers and help correct it as best as they can. Which is why I updated it to 4 stars from 3 stars.

I bought the 20in in black and I LOVE IT. It fits so much stuff in it and the colors are so rich. Ive never seen a suitcase this cheap so I bought it thinking it would probably be cheaply made but no, its perfect, I highly recommend. I will be buying the other two sizes too!

This suitcase arrived in 2 days. I love the way the front pockets have hidden zippers to keep them from snagging. The product is well built and looks beautiful
