Light weight and easy to use. The charge time is fine. Vacuum was a great choice.

I ended up returning it. First I understand that its cordless so it cant go on like a cord one, but the battery life on it sucks. It also smells weird and the battery feels hot to the touch. As far as how well it picked up? Not impressed at all. For something that is $100, I kind of expect a more power machine that could be use longer than 30 minutes.

This vacuum is easy to carry , which allows you to clean up stairs and other hard-to-get areas. The capacity is also very good. You are able to use for a long time without having to empty the canister. It looks very cool and handsome with the beautiful styling. A front led light make you easy to see how clean you did. There are three different heads and easy to swith. Handing at wall looks very cool.

I bought this because I wanted a good vacuum for my home. I haven’t even had it a full month and my favorite feature (the LED light on front) already doesn’t work. I have taken it apart and tried to look at it and nothing. I’m so annoyed as I spent over $200 for this and it’s already not working in less than a month of ownership. I would NOT recommend this product at all.

I bought this cordless vacuum in July and have been using it almost on a daily basis ever since. I love its maneuverability, crevice tools, and the light at the front, as well as the three different suction levels. I had two Dysons for a while before that but felt the battery gave out much to quickly (I even replaced the battery and that one died fairly quickly as well). One thing to get used to is that the battery pack on this one must be removed from the vacuum in order to charge it, but that was easy to get used to. I was so pleased with my new vacuum that I bought a second one a few weeks later for my parents to use. The dust cup would not stay latched closed so I requested a replacement directly from the company as the return window with Amazon had passed. Their customer service department was very responsive and I had a replacement vacuum within a week. I would highly recommend this product as well as their customer service.

Bought this vacuum for the upstairs of my house. Got tired of running downstairs for the Dyson. Works as well as my Dyson for a fraction of the cost. Charges fast and easy to empty and clean. Highly recommend!
