I was so excited to purchase this vacuum as I needed something more light weight and cordless. This vacuum has ZERO suction. It just moves things around on my carpet and hardwood. Doesn’t suck up anything. I even pulled it apart to feel it and it didn’t even have the slightest bit of suction on my skin. It also gets really hot 10 minutes in. Like the giant battery pack is gonna explode. It’s not worth it. Stay away.

I recently bought this vacuum, it surprises me that this vacuum has very strong suction power. I couldn’t believe that this small size vacuum can be this powerful. I was concerned about battery life but I only charged wires says I bought it. It’s been over a week. I still have batteries and the power is still very strong. Great product made my life more convenience. Highly recommended for house cleaning

Have been using this for almost 2 months now, its great. I love the light that came with. Its a lot easier to see all the debris on the floor. The power suction is great, it picks up all the little pieces and bit. Im using it on all wooden floor, so it might be different with carpet. Its very easy to clean, just pop the lid open and all the trash will fall out. I think its pretty light weight. My 7yr old kiddo will help with cleaning and he said its not too heavy. It gets the job done and its not over priced. Overall, I think its worth getting.

I can no longer stand my old vacuum that I have to plug on/off the cord millions times when cleaning the entire house. This one saved my life. It is cordless, I can run around my house without dragging the annoying cord. Easy to carry, not crazy heavy. Great two levels of suction, lower one I used to clean my wood floor, stronger one to clean my rug area. One charging may last 3 times of cleaning my entire house ( 2 levels).

In over 30 years of purchasing vacuums of different brands and prices, such as Hoover, Electrolux, Brussels ect, this is the first time I feel I made an excellent purchase. It is well build and engineered, lightweight and my best surprise.

I have 2 cats. This =s lots of hair! This vacuum does the job! I love that it has removable batteries. The light on the front is actually great because it illuminates dirt and dust that you cant see with the naked eye. It is actually a little scary how much stuff is on my floors! I have been using a sweeper daily for touch ups. I have recently did away with the sweeper because this Tinneco 11 Master is all I need. It powerfully sucks up all of the dust and fur I can throw at it. I am not sure how effective it would actually be on carpet.. maybe a low pile? But that being said it does suck up all of the kitty hair on my cushions. I can definitively say, for hard surfaces it is an excellent very versatile vacuum with all of the attachments it comes with.
