I get high from this vacuum cleaner, powerful and comfortable, I can really hear how it sucks small debris from the carpet and also wipes the carpet from the cats hair!

Edit: 6/6/23 The prettycare team reached out directly to rectify this issue. I would like to thank Rachel & Jennifer for being very quick & responsive. My original must’ve had a faulty battery so they offered to send me a brand new vacuum! Not many brands go above & beyond the way they have. Their customer service is top notch. Thus I am now changing my review to 5 stars. I highly recommend this brand if you’re in the market for a new vacuum. So I purchased this vacuum mainly for the bending feature to get under tables & furniture. This feature would be great if the vacuum head actually stayed on the hard floor. The head lifts up making it very hard to maneuver & doesn’t pick anything up which is pointless. I found myself not using the bend feature at all which beats the purpose of this particular vacuum. It did a good job of picking up on hard floor/carpet using it the standard way but it was way louder than I expected it to be based on the specs. The brush roll pops out making it is easy to clean which is great & the lights are also very helpful. The battery life is terrible- i charged it out the box for the full 4.5 hrs. I have a tiny 2 bedroom apt & I was only able to do my small kitchen & stairs before the battery died completely (I mainly used low suction as well) it only lasted about 15 minutes. I wanted to love it but it’s going back. I recommend just getting a regular telescoping stick vacuum.

This was a replacement for one of their previous model vacuums and I couldn’t be happier. I had some issues with the previous model and customer service was absolutely amazing. This vacuum has fabulous suction and is relatively lightweight. We use it mostly on dog hair on our tile but it works on carpet as well. Nice duration battery and I can vacuum my entire 1800 sq ft house on one charge. I also really like that it can stand on its own.

I liked the vacuum cleaner I love the way the middle bends you can really get under a lot of things you dont get that from other vaccums..The only thing about it I dont like is the parts like the dirt capture isnt very sturdy. But I would still give it 5 stars!

I’m not sure how this vaccum has so many high reviews !!! It doesn’t work. Suction is terrible , I had to go over little pieces of stuff over and over again for it to pick it up . It says 60 minutes running time. After charging it for 7 hours. It lasted 10-15 ‘minutes and it died . Half the time looses power !!! Returning it today!

I purchased a highly rated stick vac. It was terrible. The suction was almost non-existent. Returned it. Took a chance on the PrettyCare cordless vac. Read every review and decided to give it a try. So glad I did. It does everything I expected. I have 3 cats and in spite of my best efforts, they still track litter after doing their business. This vac sucks up the litter with no problem. The old unit just pushed it around the hard floors and created piles with no suction in sight. I also like that the PrettyCare is light weight and self standing. Time will tell about how it stands up, but, my initial impression is very positive.

I like the colors, the suction power is pretty good, it’s lightweight and not that noisy. Very good product.

This is a really good vacuum for the price, on high power it only lasts about 15 to 20 mins but that’s enough time for me to do all my area rugs and my hard wood floors. Really light weight and easy to install each piece.
