Review of Corel PaintShop Pro 2021 Ultimate | Photo Editing & Graphic Design Software PLUS Creative Collection | Amazon Exclusive 5-Brush Starter Pack [PC Disc].

So I bought this software hoping I can edit my photos. I received it this morning and installed via the DVD . When you click the install it will try to download the actual program from the internet. What is the purpose of the DVD then? It only gives the link to download the software. This is really frustrating. It gets stuck at 7% for hours. I already contacted Corel and they gave me a link to download directly. It still is the same...

This software is a joke, I can edit photos better and easier on my iPhone, and cannot be returned, save your money and do not buy this product.

The easiest to use in no time at all...

Great for beginners my “bleep”!!! This is very hard to use and understand. I don’t like it and wish I did not waste the money on this. I have Lightshop on my phone which is far easier to use than this! I wanted to edit photos on my desktop but this is just cumbersome.

Too hard to use

The item arrived with the package damaged and retaped as if it was used before. The most disappointing thing is it arrived without an instruction manual...not even a quick start guide explaining what each of the software does. It is supposed to be the BEST. And they expect you to download the manual; this is the reason I didnt do the online download.

Ive been using Paint Shop Pro since the 90s, only stopping for the few years I used a mac. My most recent version for my PC was x8. I have to agree with the others who said theres quite a learning curve required for 2021 Ultimate version as its quite different. But it does offer new features that are worthwhile. Corel offers a lot of videos and tutorials to help us learn to use the program and get the most out of it. There are also a lot of other websites devoted to this same purpose. Ive spent quite a lot of time working with it and it does get easier. Im not a graphic artist but I do like to freshen and restore photos and also create simple logos. I have a feeling my skills will improve with this new version of PSP.

The old product was intuitive. This is the opposite. Screens dont match the instructions. Im using a free product instead. Waste of my money, but worse, a huge waste of my time. Time is NOT replaceable
