I am reasonably computer savey with a strong windows computer, but the trouble I went through loading Paintshop Pro Ultimate, Painter Essentials 8, and Particle shop purchased from Coral through Amazon was the most difficult I have ever had with software.

I recently order the photo editing software. Installed very easy. Its a one of the best photo editing software i have tried.

No disk no user guide ! HORRIBLE

I purchased this a month ago and still having issues. Support is horrible.

I followed directions to the T but was never able to open the download for use. This isnt a disc that you download in the box, you still will have to go to the Corel website to download onto your pc. I know quite a bit about computers and programs but this one is a headache. I have contacted Corel support for help but they send e-mails wanting me to reply and when I do, I get an e-mail back saying that the e-mail address is no longer any good. Jeeze! I have opened another claim wit support but in the meantime I downloaded a 30 free trial of PaintShop Pro 2023. I wish I had never bought this program.

I purchased the - Corel PaintShop Pro 2023 Ultimate | Powerful Photo Editing & Graphic Design Software + Creative Suite [PC Key Card] – for my place of business. I installed it on the mini-pc that I have set up in the workshop area for use with my laser engraver. I’m also running an old version of Photoshop Elements, and Krita. A long ways back, I was a Corel user so when the opportunity arose to try the program out again, I jumped at the opportunity.

So all you get in the box is a piece of paper with a download link and a series of serial codes. Beyond that youre pretty much on your own. Heres what I did:

Powerful options at a pay one time price. Competes as best in class for consumer photo editing. There are a ton of Corel supported tutorials and video on-line beating all competitors, especially for non-professionals. This and all versions have incremental upgrades but if you havent upgraded for 2 years, this is the one to get now. Highly recommended, I gifted a version to a good friend and I would buy it again

The installation process for this suite is a nightmare and to be honest, I’m STILL trying to decide if the hassle of installing Corel is worth the money saved over Adobe products. I will update this review in the future once I’ve had even more time to work with it; I’ve been using competitor products for 10+ years now so I’ll need more time to really give Corel a fair shake. But PHEW, this installation process was such a bad introduction!

this is a pretty decent photo editor from Corel. it makes a good alternative to photoshop without the constant renewal fees. its a pretty feature packed software suite. the main issue is the installation. it could have one installer that launches all the additional software setup in the order required. it does not for whatever reason.
