Set up easily, everything was running fine for about 2 weeks. Restated after some software updates to my computer and everything crashed. Did paperclip test, PSU dead. Swapped with another PSU, motherboard dead. New motherboard with swapped PSU, no boot, CPU fried. Buyer beware, killed my whole system.

So, I bought an RM850x just over a year ago. It worked great, until about the 6 month part. It wouldnt power on for 3 days. Then yesterday I took me 20 minutes to finally get my computer on. Then today, it wouldnt power on at all. I now need to order another PSU thanks to this faulty RM850x. Will never buy another CWT OEM power supply. Im gonna stick to Seasonic, FSP and Flextronics now for my OEMs.

Used for a gaming rig and it does its job, no complaints

Bought used 850w psu from warehouse but unfortunately my both RTX 2070S and 3090 crashes many times.

I love these power supplies. Ive slowly purchased more and more of this particular model, they just work and they have the right amount of cabling for my mining needs. I run two of these per mining rig, there are enough cables to power up three 30 series cards....and if I want an 8 card rig, I purchase some extra after market PCI-E cables. I like two power supplies per rig....diagnosis is easier if a PSU goes down...and two of these are cheaper than one 1000 watt psu. Whats not to love?!
