Corsair RMX White Series (2018), RM850x, 850 Watt, 80+ Gold Certified, Fully Modular Power Supply - White, 80 PLUS Gold (CP-9020188-NA)

I received this item in the mail 2 days ago, I am building a ox and didn’t need to inbox it until last night. However when I plugged it into the wall nothing happened, no lights no fans turned on and it is clearly the supply. There is no external damage and I took it apart to check for internal damage (after I initially tried it if course) and still nothing.

Corsair quality always on point. I saw some negative reviews about this and was concerned about ordering this but since it wasn’t available it Best Buy or anywhere else I decided to order from Amazon and I am happy to say I got it in a perfect condition and it works perfectly no coil noise under pressure or super quiet when idle. Build quality is solid as well. Price was decent it was msrp I mean nothing is msrp at this moment but it’s fine I think I got a good deal considering the chip shortage around the world.. very happy now let’s see how long does it last without giving me any trouble that’s the real test.. I will update the review if I ever get any problems with it.

All the cables I need... reliable.. super quiet.

Installed with asus prime motherboard, ryzen 7 cpu and nvidia 1660 - works well no issues.

I purchased this in 2018, and its currently still in my PC.

This power supply doesn’t come with a power cable to plug it in lol. Like.. what?

Not buying from Corsair again. I thought it would be a one in a million chance but no, mine came dead. I didn’t get a replacement and instead I bought a Seasonic Focus 850w psu. Worked fine when I got it and still works greats

Buy once, buy right. 750 watts is plenty to drive my build w/o overclocking. Ryzen 5600 and RTX 3060. white finish is bonus.

I ordered this to install in a recent PC build, and I could not be happier with this product. I use it with a meshify C fractal design case and was very pleased that the PSU integrated and installed seamlessly with another brand. The screws all lined up correctly and it fit inside my case like a glove. I love that the fully modular design, it helped to make cable management and extension installation very easy! I really like that if I’m not using the cable I could just leave it out. I also liked that the noise and heat levels for me personally are very low. I have 6 case fans and those are louder than anything- when the fans are off I don’t even hear the PSU fan. Temps stay about 3 degrees Celsius warmer than the rest of my computer as well. As far as Corsair Icue it is supposed to be hooked up and synced but I don’t use the software for the PSU, mostly just checking temps. Other than that a fabulous PSU, love that it comes with high quality cables that do not feel cheap either. If I didn’t want to switch out the PCI cables for colored ones I would have 100% used these; and the cables that are not exposed are still running the OEM cables. I would 100% recommend this because of the quality, functionality and price.
