Greater than one weekwent downhill after a few months. pc started giving me Kernel Power 41 Errors after a few months using it and I thought it was just a driver issue or other hardware issues. I did try to fix everything correctly and thoroughly. spent amounts of time trying to get rid of this error but no luck. pc turns off randomly and eventually it just stops powering on. i spent extra money on another PSU from NewEgg which is a MSI PSU just to test it out. turns out the culprit was this Corsair RMx. sorry to say but im never buying a PSU from amazon again because at the end of the day. this just seems like a rip off.

Greater than one weekI haven’t finished building my PC yet but from and aesthetic standpoint? I think this baby is looking good in the Death Star (the name I’ve given my PC HAHA). I’m gonna put a few stormtrooper funko pops inside as well. It’s gonna look sick, totally custom for my VERY FIRST PC build. I’m so excited!!

> 3 dayThis was going to be my replacement PSU. Replaced my old one, turned it on. Something burned and you can smell it. Turns out it burned all 3 of my SSDs. I tested them at work the next day to confirm.

> 3 dayIt will get the job done but my biggest complaint is that the cables it comes with look very sloppy inside the build. They are all bundled into one sleeve and have a tape glued on at each end that is a different shade of white than the rest of the cable. You would think for a rather expensive PSU there would be some better crafted cables included. But if you want that you would need to give Corsair 70 more dollars for just the NPS, PCIe, and ATX cables (SATA not included) which would bring the total to well over 200. Cables are just not good quality and overall very overpriced.

> 3 dayI like the look and wires of the connectors provided. When power consumption is low, the power supply unit is almost undetectable. But when you do start to crank up power, this unit gets real loud. I wear ear cupped headphones and can still hear it loud and clear. I’m unsure if I have a faulty unit or if that’s just the way it is, but it gets really loud. I’ve owned Corsair power supplies before, and have never experienced this type of noise from a power supply.

> 3 dayI carefully installed this PS, but the MB wouldnt fire up. Installed an old PS and it worked. I checked it with a PS checker, no 12 volts. Returned it to Amazon and got a refund quickly.

> 3 dayI didnt plug the wires to the psu and struggled a whole lot more because of that. That power supply is much more massive than i thought it would be, which is a + to me. I love the smell it had when i took it out the box. Super clean look and design, dont forget to use the screws in the box with the wires (its in a small plastic bag).
