Popped these into a Dell 6420E and it was amazingly easy.!

Bought to upgrade 2010 Mac Pro from 4GB to 8GB. Easy 10 minute installation and computer is working as good as new.

The price and performance of this ram is unheard of. My macbook pro 15 in non retina is as fast as my dads suped desktop. I recommend you get this if youre serious about computer performance.

Please be careful with the amazon warehouse items. I received this items and put in laptop and it is detected as 2x 1GB. I am so curious at first place and thought may be is my notebook problem. But after i check the specification for the RAM chip and confirmed it is a 256MB size per chip, which each module contain 4 chips. So disappointed and I have to go through the process of return.

It doesnt work on my ASUS N56VJ! Not sure if its defected or incompatible. Thinking about returning or asking to send another one.

Feel like I got a great deal on this product-- But I admit it was an impulse purchase and an upgrade I really didnt need. That said, it definitely improved the speed of my machine which frequently runs 10-15 apps simultaneously. One downside was that my fan now runs on high more frequently which can be annoying in a quite place like a library or office.

It works fine right out of the box.

The product does not work on my iMac 27” 2017. I bought my iMac two weeks ago and it worked great but I needed more RAM memory. I got the cards and tried to install them yesterday. Well...My computer was not starting...I tried removing existing cards, put cards in different slots, finally I was able to start my iMac but it crashed in about 30min giving me some kind of kennel error? I kept trying to figure out the problem until I heard very loud noise after I tuned it on..I thought that maybe I got defective iMac so today I rushed to the store and exchanged it to another one. This time I didn’t want to take any chances and took my new iMac to Apple store and they tried to make it work with those cards but no luck..the cards are no good and I am very frustrated dealing with them...Please give me my money back.

Installed in a Lenovo M92 all-in-one, tested with memtest86 no issues out of the gate found as expected and the old Lenovo we use as a backup system got an appreciable decent performance boost which will make it useful for several more years.
