Quality product, ease of installation depends more on your device not these RAM chips. Lets face it, its corsair your looking at these because you already know these are good, if just a bit expensive.

My lenovo y720 had only 8gb, little did I know the OS itself was basically taking most of the RAM. When I started using photoshop the slow down was real. So decided to max out the RAM and took it to 32, super easy to install, a few screws and pop the 2 pieces of RAM into the slots and it automatically works without any additional setup.

It works and at this point no problem at all. My computer is not working faster but is more fluent in moments where there are tough gaps in memory usage (like Adobe Lightroom and Skype at the same time). So Im fully satisfied.

1. They will not work on a MAC, tried them on two of them but the computer did not start

Ive had these in my computer for a few months now and I have no complaints.
