Bought this from best buy yesterday and had a bit of trouble installing it but that was my fault, i had been putting it in backwards but it caused no harm to the motherboard nor the RAM. For $95 first of all the RAM is pretty easy to setup. When you turn it on, the RGB is on by default so no need to download icue right away unless you want to mess around with the lighting a bit later. Booting up the PC with the RAM installed for the first time shows the RAM running at 2133mhz. For some people thats fine, but for me and a lot of other people you really want to get as much performance as you can out of your new RAM. This means having to go into the bios and enabling XMP (Extreme Memory Profile). By default the RAM comes with a profile already loaded. Before you actually select that however, look up the max speed of RAM your CPU and motherboard supports. Otherwise your PC will restart a couple times but in the end nothing will show up on your monitor (Dont worry your PC isnt dead. All you have to do is reset your PC and the RAM will reset itself back to its stock speed of 2133mhz.) In my case, my motherboard supports 3200mhz, but my CPU does not. if you fall into this camp you wanna go with whatever speed your CPU supports. Now you can either just choose that max speed that your CPU supports, or you can go right in the middle like i did and go with something like 2400mhz or 2666mhz. I just felt safer going with those speeds as i didnt want to mess up my PC as well as my RAM. After using it for a day or so, and testing it in games like Battlefield 5, battlefront 2, apex legends, warzone (which is a huge memory hog consuming 8 gigabytes REALLY fast) as well as splitgate which isnt the most demanding game out there but still has peformance issues here and there, i can safely say this is worth the $94. Also for some games like Battlefield 5 and battlefront 2 i had steam and origin as well as xbox game bar on which on 8 gigs all of this would have greatly impacted my performance. None of these actually effected my games at all. Apart from battlefield 5 which did stutter here and there but it was playable. its a steal. If your currently on 8 gigs of RAM, id highly reccomend picking this RAM up.

I have an AsRock AB350 PRO4 Motherboard, Put the ram in, when I went to turn on my PC, The computer and Ram lit up, but then immediately shut down, Then it turned back on by itself, then it shut back down, Then it turned back on once more, and booted up Windows, It was probably just trying to get the correct timings since I had different ram installed before. Besides that, I didnt have to update my BIOS or anything fancy, Went straight into BIOS because it was running at Stock speed, 2134, Turned on XMP, and it runs PERFECT at 3200, NO ISSUES 100% Stable. and the RGB I kid you not, LOOKS so BEAUTIFUL in person, Photos can prove to you how gorgeous these sticks look, You have to see them in person, UP CLOSE and PERSONAL, The lights are so bright and beautiful, You will be loving them at first sight when they turn on. I really Love the rainbow stock affect, and dont plan on downloading the CUE software to change the colors, but thats my personal preference you know. You do you though. I recommend these to anyone looking for gorgeous RGB Ram.

Lo mejor que se puede elegir en Ram, como siempre el precio. La iluminación una pasada con Icue.

Sus rgb son increibles, bastante bueno. Lo recomiendo.

Ich habe mir diese bildschönen RAM-Riegel für meinen Rechner zugelegt und wow! Die RGB-Beleuchtung sieht fantastisch aus, der Arbeitsspeicher wurde erkannt, hat funktioniert (wie es von Corsair zu erwarten war). Doch dann hat der eine Riegel rumgesponnen, der Farbverlauf ging in die falsche Richtung. Ab und zu wurde der RAM von ICUE mit einem roten ! gekennzeichnet. Nach einem Neustart ging wenigstens die Ansteuerung wieder.
