I got the ram and proceeded to play my games and each time I did my games would freeze and my entire computer would give me a blue screen or black screen then restart.

I installed this ram about 2 months ago but I didnt go into task manager to look at it until about a week ago. I noticed that the ram was only running at 2133 mhz, so I went to a video to look at how to make it run faster. The process was simple and all I had to do was change to the XMP profile in the bios. However, after I changed it, when I went back to task manager it still said 2133.
