I am on my 3rd pair of these, and now they are bad. 1 pair I bought in July for my build I just completed. Sat for 2 months waiting to be installed. Worked for ~30 days. Decided that I wanted to experiment with Kubernetes, so doubled original 16gb to 32gb using all 4 slots. The additional 16gb had (1) of two Dimms DOA. Returned to Amazon and repurchased (faster than dealing with Corsair). Got the replacement set, and now they are bad. Will not run at 3600. Machine will not post with memory set to the rated speed(not over locked). Removed the (2) new Dimms back to 16gb, and the original (2) will run at 3600. These new ones will not. I am returning the ones I just purchased, and will eat the $100 bucks I am losing having to buy another brand (Gskill). I am not impressed with this memory. Poor quality control over 3 pairs (6 Dimms), all of which have had some defect. I also purchased Corsair’s PCIexpress gen 4 NVMe drive, 1TB. I can only hope it lasts better than this memory. Poor overall experience, and will not purchase again. Look elsewhere and avoid this memory

Great ram great company I think

I gave this ram 5 stars because it is always good. I have been a corsair fan forever and still will be. However this order I regrettably had an issue. I would like to state I have never had a single issue with corsair products. My issue was I ordered two sets of 32g ram 3600 mhz speed for an AMD build. I recieved both timely and both packages appeared to be in unopened and uninstalled, however one package contained 2 sticks of 3600mhz speed (what I ordered) the other set was 3200mhz speed. I can only conclude it was mistakenly mis-packaged. My customer did not have time to wait for a re-ship so I had to source another set of sticks locally and request a refund. As far as the ram itself I do 90% of my builds with this brand and have never had any issues. I use it in my own setup.
