Zipper already broke after a month and now we can’t return

I got this as a gift for my roommate and she loves it! It is a good size and holds all of her beauty products!

I got this to carry small notebooks/journals in, in my purse. I fit a small journal, small book and a bag of pens in at the same time! Its a decent size and Ive noticed no issues so far with the zipper either. It glides well. This is good for travel or throwing in your purse. It would also be cute to gift to a teen/preteen for their makeup.

This bag is really cute and matches my childs aesthetic perfectly. The size is excellent and can be used for a variety of purposes; makeup, school supplies, art supplies, etc. Its not small but isnt so huge that it couldnt be used inside a backpack. I think a little large for a purse but still has many uses. The quality is good but not great. The zipper could become problematic over time as it doesnt feel as tough as I wish it did. Because I got it for my 16-year-old child Im not too worried about it, but for a younger child who handles things a little more recklessly, it might not be durable enough. The bag is really cute and the size is excellent. I think the material and overall look is really trendy right now, I just wish the zipper felt a little more durable.
