The grommets on this for the strap and buckles broke before I even got to use it. They need to upgrade the size and quality of the grommet. I love the look and have gotten many complements on it so far, this is my first trip though, not sure how it will hold up. Ill update with pictures after my trip.

I love it! This was a birthday present for my bestfriend and she fell in love. The suitcase does come with a key just in case. It comes with a plastic protector and also the 13 inch suitcase as well. Its so perfect for traveling! The color was perfect as well and cute!

I purchased the Beige Floral set. Not only is this the cutest luggage I’ve ever owned, but it’s sturdy. The 13” wraps around the 22” so you can wheel them both around or you can use the second strap and treat it like a purse. It’s big enough for my camera, lenses, make up and a few other small items. It also has a zipper compartment. Now the 22” is my favorite. It also has a zipper compartment. Plenty of space for a weeks travel. I pack light. There is a sturdy thick plastic pouch for you travel liquids that clips over your clothes to hold them in place. This plastic piece also has a hanger attached to it so it can hang in the closet of your hotel. I would recommend this luggage set and Not only would I purchase this item again in the future but I would pay double for it. It’s more like a vintage 50s style and I love it! The packaging was beyond my expectations. The 13” was in a nice brown mesh bag that is reusable, then placed in the large suitcase. The 22” was in a thick plastic bedding type bag. It was a perfect fit and had velcro on the bottom, it’s also reusable. That’s not all! It was then placed in a reusable brown mesh bag, then in a box that fit it perfectly.... then placed in a shipping box!!!!

I ordered from the actual Cotrunkage website and did NOT recieve my full order! If ordering from there website make sure to take photo of your order receipt AND record an unboxing video. TSA lock on left side not keyed properly. I was given the option to return the luggage OR to have the lock fixed at my expense. I didnt want to return the luggage. Initially, the CS responded but after initial contact went silent and never responded again. Mixed feelings. The bags are a real head turner but the quality is questionable.

This is the most amazing luggage set Ive ever seen and worth every penny. Extremely well crafted, rolls smoothly, classy and just down right beautiful. So extremely satisfied with my purchase!!!

Packing for my vacation and I realize one of the hooks for the garment bag is loose and a screw is missing. The set is pretty pricey so I’m disappointed. Will most likely return!!!

水色花柄のスーツケースは珍しいので手荷物受け取りも間違えないし素敵なデザインですが、雨なのでビニールカバー付けようとしましたが小さめで兎に角大変(//∇//)はずすのも大変、２つのベルトも同じく凄く大変なので、是非ひとまわり大きなビニースカバーとベルトの穴をお願いします。

I ordered directly from Cotrunkage.com. I’d been in contact with their representative who really put forth a lot of effort to get me what I needed. I wanted a pink embossed carry-on and a 16” pink embossed briefcase (the 12” was too small for my needs, so I bought each piece separate and used a discount they’re offering on their website). When it turned out they didn’t have those in stock in their USA warehouse, they offered to ship it from China. Because I have my trip in a few weeks, I was worried it wouldn’t get here in time, but the representative assured me they would make sure it arrived before I leave for my trip. And voila! What a beautiful set! I am glad that the sizes are tru to whats advertised, since I bought this set specifically because I needed a new carry-on. This fits my style perfectly. I cant wait to use it!
