I Iove this bag! It’s beautiful and functional with its 5 pockets (2 netted pockets inside and three pockets on the outside) Material should be easy to clean!

Beautiful pattern and bag, very well constructed. However it is HUGE! Too big for a small person in my opinion.

I have several pieces from this collection and I use them every time I travel. I spray with fabric protector so I have no worries about stains or getting dirty. Lots of room in this one! It’s great for a “four day”weekend! See my video for details.

I am a huge fan of Vera Bradley, and own several of their bags. Unfortunately, this particular utility travel bag misses the mark for me in a few ways, and is not one of my favorite Vera Bradleys. One issue for me is that this duffel has the same issue as the other recycled cotton bags, in that the fabric seems to pick up every single piece of lint or hair around. I dont have a pet, but this bag makes it look like I do (I can only imagine if I did what this would look like, yikes). Not exactly the look Im going for when I travel, not to mention I dont want to walk around carrying other peoples dirt from the floor of a plane or bus. My other issue is the size of the bag... it holds a LOT, which is awesome, but it is not what I would call versatile. It is best for road trips, or maybe as a gym bag, but probably not for airplane travel. I opted for a different bag on a recent flight, as this one is too large for a personal item on a flight (wont fit under the seat), but too big for me to comfortably carry through the airport without placing it on a rolling suitcase (to be fair, I do stuff my carry-on with a lot of weight). It is also larger than the diaper bags I used to carry when my kids were younger, so I dont see it as being good for that or a work tote, either (see my pics; for size reference, I am 5 foot 6, and weigh 165 pounds).

Great bag for traveling. It has lots of useful pockets inside and outside. It even has a nice back separate back pocket for shoes or dirty clothing. The fabric feels soft, but durable and shouldnt show dirt easily. Ive used it as my airplane carryon and as an overnight bag. The bag itself is lightweight, but hold a lot of things. The inside patterned fabric is a nice touch.

As a frequent traveler, I love Vera Bradleys line of travel gear, and this utility travel bag is one of my favorite pieces. It combines a feminine look with rugged practicality. The spacious interior can fit a surprising amount, yet even when it weighs a lot, its easy to carry by either the shoulder strap or padded handles. And if you have a rolling carry-on, you can slip the handle through the sleeve to roll both together. The only thing its missing is a pad on the shoulder strap.

I need to find this in a daily use size, its so soft, I love when I can take it on a trip with me. I use small travel cubes to pack this, so I can get about three to four days worth of clothes in it (depending on time of year), and my toiletry bag in as well. Ive only used this on car trips so far, my air and train travel trips were too long, but this fits right behind my seat next to my purse and Im off. So long as it isnt packed tight, it could fit under the airplane seat in front of you, but it will also fit fine in the overhead too. Overall a good bag for a weekend trip.

style and functionality

I have quite a few of these Vera bags and this one is perfect for weekend getaways. It’s huge and can fit quite a few different things. I love the various pockets that helps me be organized. Cleaning it is very easy, I’ve always just used a wet towel and it’s done a great job. It feels well built which makes sense from a name brand and there are no loose threads. Also I love that it’s a name brand item that doesn’t have flashy tags all over it. Making it safer to travel with.
